Dormer Loft Conversions

If your loft space is large enough, one of the easiest ways to convert it is to add rooflights. This allows natural light to flood into this otherwise unused space. However, a great way to create a much larger useable space, without increasing your house footprint, is with a dormer.

A dormer creates a lot more volume, but more importantly, it adds a lot more head space to your loft. Depending on your house, we can create single dormers, twin dormers, full-width dormers and even side dormers and L-Shape dormers.

We can help design your dormer, maximising your living space on the inside whilst complementing your house on the outside. Call us today on 01342 324461 to discuss your new dormer loft conversion.

Hip To Gable Loft Conversions

If your house has a hipped roof, we can create much more space with a hip to gable loft conversion. We do this by building up the side wall, creating a gable end, and extending the roof to meet it. This is a great way to create a lot more standing space for houses with an inward slanting end roof.

We can, of course, increase your space even further by combining a hip to gable loft conversion with a dormer. If you are not sure about what type of loft conversion is best for your property, give us a call. One of our team of expert builders will be happy to arrange a visit and offer an assessment.
